For help with your account, creations, downloads, or billing, email proudreplay@gmail.com. Include your account email and a description of the issue. Please do not send passwords or full card details.

Manage your subscription

Sign in to ProudReplay, open Your account, and choose Manage subscription to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Plus remains available through the end of the paid period.

Payments and refunds

ProudReplay Plus costs USD $4.95 per month plus applicable tax and renews monthly until canceled. Payments processed through Stripe Managed Payments are sold through Link. You can also manage those purchases or request a refund through Link support. Refund requests are reviewed under the applicable purchase terms and consumer rights; cancellation alone does not automatically refund an earlier payment.
